Each voting member organization may exercise one vote at the meeting. The following matters will be brought forward at the AGM:
- Approval of minutes of AGM September 22, 2024
- Financial report of the Association for its fiscal year ending June 30, 2024.
- Ratification of new Directors
To transact such further or other business as may be necessary or desirable in connection with the above of the Association or otherwise. There can be only one vote per voting member. A voting member is in the category of General Contractor, Trade Contractor, Manufacturer / Supplier, and Professional. The AGM agenda will be sent to all registered attendees.
