How To Achieve True Success: The Last Planner® System is a lean production planning system designed to produce predictable workflow and continuous improvement in construction. The system leads to better projects delivered in less time at a lower cost – so why is implementation so hard?
This course is a deep dive into the Last Planner System with a focus on roadblocks you might encounter and how to make it successful on your project site. This course will provide you with with strategies to deal with resistance and ideas to change team behaviors not conducive to a lean culture.

Who Should Attend?
All members of a construction project team, including: Project Coordinators, Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Management, Owners and Support roles.
Attendance in both sessions is mandatory for course completion.
